Websites. CRMs. Automation. AI.
Practical technology built around your workflow — not the other way around.
Website here, spreadsheet there, an inbox that never stops and a phone that keeps ringing. I connect them into one system that works for you.
Four connected stages. I can build one — or connect all four into a single system.
Clear packages with starting prices. Every project begins with a free call to understand how you work.
Prices are starting points in US dollars; every quote is fixed and written before work begins.
30 minutes to understand your business, what slows you down and what you want to achieve.
A short plan in plain language with a fixed price and timeline. No surprises.
I build in steps and show you progress early, so you can adjust before anything is final.
Go live with training for your team — and I stay after launch so everything keeps running.
Pick what sounds familiar — I'll show you where I'd start.
Every inquiry from your website, phone or email lands in one place, and follow-ups go out on time — automatically.
Rules that sort and route email, ready-to-send templates and an AI assistant that drafts replies for you to approve.
Replace paper with online forms and e-signatures; documents fill themselves and land in the right folder.
An assistant answers common questions 24/7 and customers get automatic status texts — so the phone rings less.
Customers book open times themselves, get text reminders, and no-shows drop.
Connect your tools so data is entered once, automate the repetitive steps, and keep every device secure and working.
A fast, mobile-first site with a contact form and Google Business Profile — add booking and payments when you're ready.
A customer asks for an appointment. Seconds later it's on your calendar, in your CRM and confirmed — without anyone picking up the phone.
Illustration of a typical setup — built around your own calendar and CRM.
Real systems you can open and try.
A messaging-first civic platform built for a city-services project: residents report problems with a photo and location, reports are routed to the right department, news is checked before publishing, and leaders get a live dashboard and monthly report. Includes mobile payments.

Different businesses need different tools. Here's where I can help most.
Online booking, appointment reminders by text, patient intake forms and secure email.
Listing pages, lead capture, a CRM that follows up for you and automatic showing reminders.
Quote requests from your website, job scheduling, reviews and before/after galleries.
Secure document collection, client portals, Microsoft 365 security and fewer manual steps.
A fast menu or product site, online orders or bookings, Google profile and loyalty texts.
Event pages, online giving, volunteer sign-ups and email or text updates for your community.
Video calls, screen sharing and email — it works wherever you are in the US.
You know the price before anything starts. No hourly surprises.
No jargon — plain language, so you always know what you're paying for.
Replies within one business day, and quicker for care-plan clients.
Your website, domain and data belong to you — always.
Monthly plans, cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Technology is never "done". Care plans keep your site and systems secure, backed up and improving — with a person you can call.
Technology & AI systems lead · Founder
I build the systems that keep a business running: CRMs, client portals, workflow automation, phone and text systems, and AI assistants that take repetitive work off people's desks.
Babaodi Tech Solutions brings that hands-on experience to small businesses across the US, fully remote. You get technology that fits how you actually work — from a real person, not an agency, who answers and stays long after launch.
A starter website usually takes 2 to 3 weeks once I have your text and photos. Larger projects get a timeline in the written plan.
No. Everything is done remotely — by video call, screen share and email — so it works anywhere in the US.
Website care covers hosting, security certificate, updates, daily backups, small changes and a monthly report. IT care adds Microsoft 365 or Google administration, email security, backups, device help and priority support for your team.
You do. Your domain, content and data are registered to you or handed over to you. If you ever leave, I transfer everything — no fees, no lock-in.
Projects are 50% deposit to start and 50% at launch. Monthly care plans are billed monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
It depends on your team size, budget and workflow. On the free call I'll recommend an option — often HubSpot or Zoho — or a custom build when off-the-shelf tools don't fit.
Tell me a little about your business and what you need. I'll reply within one business day to book your free 30-minute call.
